What should be done when my drone does not connect to the remote control?

Make sure both the drone and the remote control have started up successfully. Generally speaking, it takes 60 seconds to 120 seconds for the drone to automatically connect to the remote control. If connection failed, please switch both devices off and back on and try again. If it turns out that they would not connect to each other, please ask the seller for technical support.

What causes the sudden disconnection of my drone to the App?

Check if your mobile device keeps connecting to the RC'S WiFi network.

How long does it take to complete the battery maintenance?

Normally, it takes 5 to 6 hours.
